Fruit and Yogurt Parfait with Omega Rich Hemp Granola

Directions

Layer the bottom of a serving bowl with the blueberries, and a generous sprinkle of granola. Top with 1/3 of the yogurt. Continue to build layers repeating until last layer of yogurt. Top with a garnish of hulled hemp seeds.
