3 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
4 tablespoons whole hemp seeds
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cut chopped dried apricot
3 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)
1/4 cup hulled hemp seeds
2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
1 tablespoon hemp protein powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a dark cupboard. Lasts for 3 weeks.
When you are ready to eat it, add to a bowl and include your your favourite milk or see our recipe for hulled hemp milk.
